Dining Guide / September 23, 2026

Tualatin's dining scene is always turning over.

Restaurants open, restaurants close, and Tualatin's lineup keeps evolving. This year brought Baguette Bros, Elmer's, All Blue Teriyaki, and Super Chix, while a few long-running spots served their last plates. Here is where the scene stands this fall, near 22379 SW 107th Ave.

No dining scene stands still, and Tualatin's is no exception. If you have not eaten out in the neighborhood for a while, the landscape has shifted: several new kitchens opened in 2026, a few familiar names closed, and at least one favorite changed identities without going anywhere. Here is a quick, current map of where things stand.

Opened in 2026

The new arrivals.

Baguette Bros

The Vietnamese bakery and sandwich shop opened April 18, 2026 at 7028 SW Nyberg St, baking its own baguettes and turning out lemongrass pork banh mi that instantly became a local favorite. One of the most exciting additions to the south metro food scene this year.

Elmer's Restaurant

Elmer's is now open at 19365 SW Martinazzi Ave, serving all-day breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the former Shari's building. A familiar Pacific Northwest family-dining name, newly back in Tualatin.

All Blue Teriyaki

Super Chix

Oregon's first Super Chix opened in Tualatin, bringing hand-breaded chicken tenders, smashed burgers, and soft-serve frozen custard to the neighborhood. Another sign of the area's growing restaurant draw.

Still to come this fall: Mikiko Mochi Donuts and Miss Hannah's Gourmet Popcorn are both landing at Bridgeport Village, a short drive from Tualatin.

Recent Changes

Farewells, and one rebrand.

A handful of long-time addresses changed over the past year. Thai Cuisine at 7985 SW Nyberg St closed in late 2025, and the Pizza Hut at 8335 SW Tonka St served its last orders around September 2026. If those were your go-to spots, the good news is the neighborhood has plenty of alternatives nearby, from the newcomers above to the favorites on Tualatin's best-restaurants list.

One place did not close so much as transform. The Industry Restaurant at 20185 SW 112th Ave relaunched as La Industria Tex Mex, a new concept from the same owners at the same address. The dining room that used to pour Industry's creative cocktails now serves house-smoked brisket tacos and handmade tortillas, and it remains one of Tualatin's most popular gathering spots.
