Two new sweet spots are landing at Bridgeport Village.
Mikiko Mochi Donuts is moving its gluten-free mochi donuts, coffee, and breakfast sandwiches over from Beaverton, and Miss Hannah's Gourmet Popcorn is making its Bridgeport Village pop-up permanent. Both are due this fall, just minutes from 22379 SW 107th Ave.
Update: Both Are Open
Mikiko Mochi Donuts opened September 22, 2026 and Miss Hannah's permanent storefront is now open at Bridgeport Village. See our now-open guide for addresses and hours.
Bridgeport Village, the open-air shopping center on SW Bridgeport Road just across the Tualatin-Tigard border, keeps adding to its dining lineup, and this fall's additions lean sweet. Mikiko Mochi Donuts returns to the mall with a bigger full-time footprint, and Miss Hannah's Gourmet Popcorn graduates from holiday pop-up to permanent shop, giving families on this side of town two new reasons to stop by after shopping or a movie.
For prospective residents, it is one more sign of how much everyday life sits within a short drive of home: a cafe-style donut stop and a small-batch popcorn shop joining the restaurants already along the Bridgeport Village concourse and down the road in Tualatin proper.

Mikiko is known for chewy, oven-baked mochi donuts made with rice flour, which makes them gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free. The menu also includes coffee, tea, and breakfast sandwiches, with rotating monthly flavors to keep regulars coming back.

The family-owned, small-batch popcorn brand hand-stirs flavors like Sea Salted Brûlée, Hawaiian Hurticane, Strawberry Balsamic, Caramel, Kettle Corn, and Snickerdoodle, with seasonal flavors rotating through the year. It has called Bridgeport Village home on and off since 2016; this fall it moves from holiday pop-up to permanent storefront.

A short drive from Tualatin
Mikiko takes over the former Happy Lemon space near California Pizza Kitchen and the Regal movie theater, while Miss Hannah's lands its full-time shop a few doors down on the concourse. Both are a quick drive from 22379 SW 107th Ave and an easy add to a movie, shopping, or dinner outing.

Donuts and popcorn, elevated.
Mikiko's mochi donuts skip frying for a soft, chewy ring made from rice flour, which is good news for anyone avoiding gluten, dairy, or nuts without giving up a donut run. Pair them with a pour of coffee or tea for a quick morning stop, or bring a box home for the weekend.
Miss Hannah's, meanwhile, has been hand-stirring small batches since 2001 and keeps a production base in Newberg, Oregon. Its flavor list swings from classic caramel and kettle corn to playful seasonal names, and the permanent shop means locals can pick up a bag on the way to a movie instead of waiting for the holidays.
Together they round out Bridgeport Village's mix of dining and snack options, and both fit the easy, close-to-home rhythm of life in Tualatin: run an errand, catch a film, grab the sweet thing on the way out.
