Sip Into Autumn: fall beer and wine around Tualatin.
As the grape crush winds down and the leaves turn, Oregon's Tualatin Valley pours into its best season for beer and wine. Here is what is pouring near 22379 SW 107th Ave this fall, from Tualatin's own Pumpkins and Pints to the Sherwood Wine Festival.
Explore Tualatin Valley marks the season with a campaign it calls Sip Into Autumn, a roundup of fall beer and wine events across the region just west of Portland. The season kicked off in early September and builds through October and into November, with the two biggest stops both an easy drive from 22379 SW 107th Ave.
For prospective residents, this is the livability angle in a glass: Tualatin sits minutes from working farm country, craft breweries, and small Willamette Valley wineries, so the fall calendar fills with tasting events that bring neighbors and visitors together. Here is what is worth putting on the calendar.
The Season's Lineup
Two festivals anchor the fall.
Tualatin, Saturday October 17
Pumpkins and Pints
The day before the Giant Pumpkin Regatta, Stickmen Brewing's Tualatin Beer Hall hosts this free beer-and-competition kickoff. The headline is the Pacific Giant Vegetable Growers' Terminator Weigh-Off, where growers bring giant pumpkins, gourds, and more to compete for bragging rights. Craft beer and wood-fired pizza round out the afternoon, setting the stage for the pumpkin races at Lake of the Commons the next day.
Sherwood, Saturday November 7
Sherwood Wine Festival
Just south of Tualatin, the Rotary Club of Sherwood hosts its annual festival on Saturday, November 7 from noon to 7 PM at the Red Berry Barn Greenhouse. The event, billed around "wine, food, art," brings together a lineup of Willamette Valley wineries and local restaurants for tastings, plus gourmet food vendors, live music, and local art. The 2026 pouring list includes Chehalem, Archer Vineyards, Bacus Vineyards, Mars Cellars, Olea Vineyards, and more.
