Breakfast is the main event: omelettes, scrambles like the Ultimate Scramble with ham, bacon, sausage, hash browns, onions, peppers, and cheese under country gravy, plus two-egg breakfasts with corned beef hash, country fried steak, or pork chops and eggs. The griddle corner covers pancakes, French toast, and biscuits and gravy.
