Indoor pickleball at the Commons.
RECS Tualatin brought year-round indoor pickleball to the Lake at the Commons, and it has quickly become a favorite place to play, learn, and meet neighbors. Here is what to know.
RECS Tualatin, a locally owned indoor recreation club, opened at Tualatin Commons in December 2025 with a focus on climate-controlled pickleball. At 8380 SW Nyberg St, it sits right next to the Lake at the Commons, about ten minutes from 22379 SW 107th Ave, and it has given the south side a place to stay active all year round, rain or shine.
Whether you are brand new to the fastest-growing game in the region or a seasoned player looking for leagues, RECS Tualatin offers clinics, open play, social nights, and programming for kids, all under one roof in the heart of downtown.

Indoor pickleball courts
The club is built around state-of-the-art indoor pickleball courts in a climate-controlled space, with hospitality and food-and-beverage service, plus space for private events and club programming.
Who it is for
New players and regulars alike
Intro to Pickleball clinics welcome beginners, while leagues, group play, and competitive programming give regulars a steady calendar. Social nights and open play make it easy to drop in and meet people.
Ways to play
Lessons, leagues, and glow nights.
RECS Tualatin makes it easy to get started. Intro to Pickleball clinics teach the basics in small groups, so you can go from first paddle to a rally in a single visit. For regulars, there are leagues, group play, and competitive programming throughout the week, plus a Thursday-evening Pickleball Social Club for a friendly, low-pressure way to play and meet neighbors.
The calendar also skews playful for families: kids pickleball camps, known as Lil' Dinkers, get younger players moving, and black-light glow pickleball nights turn the courts into something closer to a party. Combined with food and beverage service and private event space, the club has quickly become part of the Commons' everyday rhythm, anchoring the downtown in a new way.
