The newest addition to Tualatin's dining scene is a family-run Vietnamese bakery on Nyberg Street: crusty banh mi built on family recipes, bubble tea, and Vietnamese coffee, open every day, minutes from 22379 SW 107th Ave.
Baguette Bros opened its doors at 7028 SW Nyberg St in spring 2026, taking over the storefront that long housed El Sol de Mexico. Brothers Austin and Ethan Chen built the menu around their family's recipes, and the small bakery quickly became one of the most talked-about newcomers in town.
The format is bakery-meets-lunch-counter: fresh airy bread, generous fillings, and a cold case of drinks to round out the order. Nothing fussy about it, just very good Vietnamese food at a neighborhood price point.

The banh mi menu is numbered and easy to navigate. The 1A Baguette Bros Special is the most-ordered sandwich on the board, while the 4A Lemongrass Pork draws steady praise for its char-grilled slices piled onto bread that stays crisp outside and soft inside. The 9A Asian-Style BBQ Pork is another favorite at the same friendly price point.
Every sandwich comes dressed the classic way: cucumber, cilantro, jalapeño, and quick-pickled carrot and daikon. On the drink side, the shop pours a signature iced milk coffee, Thai tea, and bubble teas including Thai tea with boba and a creamy taro milk tea. Reviewers regularly pair the Lemongrass Pork with a Thai tea boba.
